Our Meadville laboratory is built around three primary measurement platforms:

OGP optical/video measurement system: non-contact multi-sensor measurement for small and complex features, thin or flexible parts, and fine detail.

Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine (CMM): full 3D dimensional verification of machined parts, castings, and assemblies.

FARO Quantum measurement arm: portable CMM for larger parts and fixtures, and for capturing part geometry in reverse-engineering work.

Calibrated hand tools and gaging support day-to-day dimensional work across the lab.

Accreditation: We are A2LA accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as a Dimensional Laboratory, Certificate #1984.01. You can verify our accreditation and view our current scope in the A2LA public directory.

Every deliverable produced from this equipment, including inspection reports, FAI & PPAP packages, reverse-engineering models, is transmitted to you digitally.
